– Help to target potential CPM – DPM
– Develop partnership with Service Apartment/ Hotel/ Apartment Owner.

Job description

– Implement the process of receiving and processing requests from “customers”.

– Researching, planning, organizing and implementing information technology activities; application of information technology solutions to the management and administration activities of the Company according to the business model and characteristics of the Company in each period and period.

– Consulting, building technical conditions and standards when investing in information technology related equipment systems

– Develop regulations and regulations related to information technology activities and information technology application in strict accordance with current rules, standards and technology solutions.

– Carrying out the work of information collection, storage, processing and ensuring internal information security of the company;

– Manage and ensure the technical and information technology infrastructure for the company’s management and administration activities;

– Organize maintenance, repair and maintenance of technological equipment systems; installation, training and professional guidance on the use of software systems and technological equipment for the company’s operations;

– Manage the website management system, management software, solutions, and application of information technology to the company’s management and administration activities.

– Fluent communication in English or Chinese

Job description

– Advising the Board of Directors to develop annual, quarterly and monthly business plans according to brand development goals and orientations.
– Expand and develop sales channels and sales partners to expand the file of potential customers and increase brand coverage.
– Market research, identify potential markets and market fluctuations, propose improvised solutions.
– Coordinate with Market Development department to grasp the market situation, propose solutions to optimize sales performance.
